Failed downloads not retrying

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5344
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs:
Description of issue: When I am trying to download some episodes, I see that they will attempt to download once or twice more upon failures, but it stops after that.

I know there used to be a way to set the number of retries, but that seems to have been changed to a retry yes/no toggle with no option to set the number of retries.

Is there a setting that I am just missing? I have the advanced settings showing but I still don’t see this as an option.

If it’s been changed to just retry until there is success, does anyone know why this is stopping before a file downloads successfully? When I check to manually download, I see plenty of episodes that aren’t flagged as being disqualified from download.

This behaviour should be improved in v3, if you look at debug logs you’ll see them rejected because it’s still in queue most likely, even though it failed.
