Looks like Eztv.ch is up but their RSS feed has been down for a long time. Is it possible to adjust support for their search/site without the RSS feed? Currently kickass is the only public torrent search that is supported which is a little limiting. Privates are cool but many don’t have access.
Change the URL in settings. Not sure if the search will work if RSS is down, but its an easy test.

rss.bt-chat.com is still working EzTV RSS provider, but I am not able to use it with the eztv provider. Any idea why?
Because it isn’t eztv, which uses/used /feed/ as rss feed.
There’s a pull request in the work to support generic rss feeds, but it’s not ready yet.

Thanks. This is weird that we cannot just provide any EZTV-content feed to EZTV Provider and it would work with it…
Because it expects the eztv endpoints, /feed/ for rss and /search/index.php for search.
It’s not a provider for the ezrss format, but for the eztv site.
Would really really REALLY love the ability to add my own RSS feeds. I agree 100% that KAT being the only public indexer is extremely limiting.
Any word on an ETA for the custom indexer options?
They will come, but its not something we’re actively working on.
We don’t/won’t provide ETAs.

Do you guys (as the developers) offer prioritization based on donations? I’d be willing to throw some cash at the issue if it’ll get it moved up the prioritization ladder!
No, we don’t, that sets expectations that we can’t meet (the same reason why we don’t provide ETAs).
