Error on install Epic Fail

Windows 10 Home N

Doing a fresh install on a Hyper-V machine and I keep gettting this error and I am not sure what is missing I have looked everywhere for “Required software” and I can find nothing. Any help or points in the right direction would be great. Thanks.

Windows 10 should have everything needed by default.
