I have recenly updated to windows 10.
Reinstalled all software and all was running fine.
I did some reboots and now sonarr fails to run.

It seems this is a issue related to windows?
Any idea;s how to solve this ?

You have multiple instances of Sonarr runnning. You likely installed it both as Windows Service and via Startup (taskbar icon).

To run it as a service?
That means deleting the autostart in the start menu.
Will that show the GUI everytime i reboot pc ?
Running it as a service is generally the easiest way, unless you use mapped network drives, then startup folder makes sense.
If you want a tray icon, use the start up folder, if you don’t use a service.

Not with a service, with a tray icon its optional.
FYI:
I also run mine as a service but changed the service to run as a user with access to the mapped drives I use. MUCH easier that way.
