Sonarr version (exact version) : 2.0.0.4409
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows) : 4.2.3
OS : unraid 6.2.4
This was a weird one. I recently added a few indexers through Jackett to try and incorporate some torrent downloads to backup my nzb.
And now, all of my nzb downloads are hitting my incoming nzb directory in NZBGet with a .error extension. Tried a bunch of random episodes from random shoes and all get this error now. I then disabled all new indexers and the new download client, have done multiple resets, but the issue persists. The error starting happening immediately post new index additions. Could be coincidence I suppose, but timing was perfect for me to point some fingers.
Here is the debug log:

Any ideas?
Did you add Jackett as a newznab indexer instead of Torznab?
NZBGet should also have logs as to why the add failed, in the snippet you posted of Sonarr’s log it looks like NZBGet rejected it.

I have since removed, but initially placed all of the new torrent indexers under:
Settings > Indexers > Torrent > Torznab > Custom
Maybe there was coincidentally an issue with OZNZB at the same time? Here is the log file from nzbget.
It’s suspicious, but unless Jackett was added as Newznab instead of Torznab (whihc it sounds like it wasn’t) I don’t have any other ideas
