ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after sonarr is installed (first time installation))

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):

Description of issue:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after sonarr is installed (first time ever using it)

Additional Information:

When I install sonarr I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when then web interface opens. I have tried to install sonarr on a separate computer and it started instantly with no issues. I have also checked that it is allowed through the firewall, changed the default port to a few others with no improvement.

I have also installed radarr and jackett with with no connection problems.

Connection refused means it’s not running typically

So figure out why it’s not running; that link in the post template to get logs would be full of info
