Description of issue:
The new season (season 13) of Criminal Minds has started and Sonarr is unable to automatically download the new episodes citing “release rejected unknown series”. I downloaded the first 2 episodes manually and they were correct. Why is sonarr marking these releases like this? Thanks!
That is not a Sonarr version, that’s the synology package version, you can get the version from the Sonarr UI, we’ll need to know which version you’re running.
Sorry about that I couldn’t find it initially in the UI, here are the correct versions:
Sonarr: 2.0.0.4472
Mono: 4.6.2 (Stable 4.6.2.7/08fd525 Wed Dec 7 20:01:26 CET 2016)
You’ll need to update Sonarr to 2.0.0.4949 to fix this issue.
I updated and now I receive an error message after it tries to find the episode:
Couldn’t process release.: Scene Mappings contains a conflict for tvdbids 328654,75710. Please notify Sonarr developers. (Criminal.Minds.S13E03.HDTV.x264-KILLERS)
Refresh the series in Sonarr and it’ll fix that up.
