My episodes are downloading twice. One 720p and one 720p Proper. So each episode I get 2. Also the files are not being moved to my tv/episode folder. They sit in the deluge download folder. How to fix
A proper is a fixed release, unless you disable proper downloading in settings that is expected.
As for them sitting in the download folder, have you read the ((FAQ))?

In my case, it doesn’t delete the file from my torrent folder (which is good, no hit and run.) But it does remove it from Sonarr and import the new file. In order to understand what could be wrong with your setup:
Can you paste screenshots of the following:
- Settings > Media Management
- Settings > Download Client
- Settings > Download Client > Your client (Redact any auth/identifying info)
Also please go to the specific series that you downloaded, click on the wrench icon to “Edit series.” What is the listed “Path” for that series?
