Episode interpreted as a Sample FIle

I’ve seen this happen the last couple of episodes I’ve grabbed.
Something in the last two days has changed such that the logs complain of two things:

  1. mediainfo is required but was not found: libmediainfo.so.0
  2. /dir/filename.mkv] has a runtime of 0, is it a valid video file?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4240
**Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows)☆: 4.2.2 (Stable 4.2.2.30/996df3c Fri Jan 29 21:11:18 CET 2016)
OS: QNAP – QTS: 4.2.1 (20160705)

Description of issue: Continuing the discussion from Keeps picking up normal files as samples:

Further to this:
It is installed in /opt/bin which is available in $PATH … but I don’t see a libmediainfo.so in /opt/lib

[~] # opkg install mediainfo
Package mediainfo (0.7.85-1) installed in root is up to date.
[/opt/bin] # ls mediainfo
mediainfo*
[~] # echo $PATH
/opt/bin:/opt/sbin:/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/jre/bin:/Apps/bin:/Apps/sbin

Were a number of errors resolved by upgrading Mono to 4.4.0

All working better now with:
Version 2.0.0.4240
Mono Version4.4.0 (tarball Sun Apr 17 20:47:21 CEST 2016)

libmediainfo is the pure library, it may need to be compiled or installed separately for qnap. I suggest you search the qnap forums, they may have more information on that.

It was installed, it just didn’t find it.
Has been resolved by upgrading Mono.
