Duplicate files after download - renaming issue?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4326 (Sep 13 2016)
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): Synology Custom Sickbeard - git install
OS: Synology Disk Station - Linux
Debug logs:
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
It seems that whenever an episode is grabbed it (it looks like it is grabbed only once based upon the ‘history’ interface) i end up with two version of the same file. My assumption here is that it is renaming the file from the original download name but leaving the original in place. See below image:

Here are my renaming settings (left as they were from initial install):

Here is the snippet of the sonarr.txt log file that grabs just a single instance of blind spot tv show and adds to sabnzb queue:

16-10-19 21:08:40.8|Info|Sabnzbd|Adding report [Blindspot.S02E06.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION] to the queue.
16-10-19 21:08:41.7|Info|DownloadService|Report sent to SAB. Blindspot.S02E06.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION

Any thoughts on why this is happening would be greatly appreciated. I really love the software and would hate to switch to old sickbeard (which i never had this issue with) if this is just caused by a setting i don’t understand.

Thanks in advance!!!

Is SAB (or anything else) sorting/renaming files? Are you using the same directory to download as well as sort files in? Because it’s very weird to have a .nzb and .srr in your sorted folder…

Thirrian - thanks for the reply!

I just checked and basically i have it setup so that sonarr sends the NZB over to SAB setting it to a category of ‘sonarr’. I have no default sorting logic built around this category so my expectation is that it doesn’t rename or move things.

In looking at my SAB queue, i notice that i have duplicates of many shows getting downloaded. The exact same NZB listed twice. So, i just checked, and apparently SickBeard has been running at the same time as Sonarr. This explains everything in my eyes. Let me leave this here for a bit - and I will repost once i have verified this is just a USER ERROR problem… not a software issue.

Thanks for taking the time to read this - and sorry for wasting your time.
