I’ve recently discovered this God sent program and LOVE the hell out of it. Thank you for this! I’m having only one issue, and I’m guessing it’s more Kodi than Sonarr. When I download an episode, let’s say for example “The last man on Earth”, it downloads, moves it, renames, and deletes the original location…which is great, but it doesn’t seem to update in Kodi. The only thing I could see on my end is that there isn’t a .tbn file. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!
Edit: I think I should note that I updated from Sickrage and just left all the files, etc… intact. I wonder if deleting the files it created and letting Sonarr create them would help…
If Kodi is currently using local metadata files you’ll need to enable that in Sonarr (Kodi Metadata in Settings), though I belive .tbn are for Kodi’s old metadata format, which Sonarr doesn’t support.
Sonarr can also notify Kodi when a download completes as well, but how Kodi handles that will depend on metadata
files I believe.
There could also be issues since TheTVDB has been having issues this past weekend that may have prevented Kodi from updating properly.
I see, that could be it. It’s weird, none of the files seem to show up in Kodi after they’ve moved over, even if I force an update, I’ll try to fiddle around with it a bit and report back for others having the same issue.
The metadata is enabled in Sonarr…so I don’t know if that’s it.

Edit: I deleted and redownloaded the episode, and all is well…odd.
I have also had some weird situations where meta data didn’t get created for one particular import. I ended up deleting the data and re-importing and it fixed it. I’d like to know, specifically, which button to click or what option to set to regenerate missing meta data.
