How can I set nzbdrone to download episodes that are in English only? I had it setup properly but it seems to be downloading releases that are, by default, using a different audio language.
Are those languages in the file name ?
There’s a ignore list where you can put in ignore words like: French, German etc
drone will reject anything that is not Engligh, but as @TRaSH eluded to, they need to be part of the file name to be rejected. What was the release name?
No, not at all they’re not. I’ve deleted the file so I’m not sure what the name is but I remember it’s person of interest. So without those ignore list, it will still download these non-english releases? Or is it, by default, set to ignore them?

Whats this in response to?

History/Episode Details: Activity will show it.

My comment above covers this, they are rejected (not even optional at this point).
That was the response to trash’s question regarding the languages being in the filename.
I think it was this: Person.of.Interest.S03E08.Endspiel.720p
So why did it download that specific non-english release? It does have an option to switch over to English though. It’s just that the default audio is non-english.
Because no where in the file does it say its not English, by looking at it a human can see its not likely English based on the file name, but there is no reliable way for drone to know that.
If it has English, why is this an issue? Its not ideal, but its not completely non-English.
Well, I just considered an issue because I never encountered it when I was using sickbeard? Don’t take it the wrong way, I love nzbdrone.
I don’t think it’s nzbdrone related,
Just coincidence that your indexer choose a German release.
I noticed on a indexer some of those releases (geek)
The person who posted it should have put in German in his filename.
Another way if it also had English audio,
Use mkvgui to change default language.
Got it, that makes sense. I’ll check mkvgui too. Thanks.
