Download Episodes Import Service not working - Post processing not happening

Hi All,

I use SAB as the downloader and the episodes are downloaded correctly - but post processing does not happen. It was working well until recently when I was using an unRaid plugin (pHaZe’s Sonarr plugin) but I switched to a docker and it isn’t working anymore.

The drives are mapped correctly and the Downloads directory ios mapped to the SAB/Completed/TV folder. However the episodes in there are not being moved. The log shows this error:

Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /mnt/cache/appdata/sabnzbd/config/Downloads/Complete/TV/The.Man.in.the.High.Castle.S02E01.720p.WEBRip.X264-DEFLATE

for all the episodes in the Complete/TV folder. Not sure why it is inaccessible. All help is welcome.

Does the user running Sonarr (through docker) have access to those folders?
If you’re using the linuxserver.io image you can specify the user and group to use.

Thanks. Yes I am using the linuxserver/sonarr repo and docker.

How do I specify the user and group to use in the docker container?
