Double Sonarr instance

Sonarr version 2.0.0.5338 :
Mono version 4.6.2 :
OS Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS :

I needed to re-install sonarr (with all the folders) but before I start the process, there is another instance (old) running. I need to stop the old instance from the GUI and then run nzbdrone.exe in order to work. How can I find/uninstall this old instance? I have check the existing services but cannot find what is triggering it. Any ideas?

I see now that there was a service running at startup snap.sonarr.nzbdrone.service is this normal? I have disabled it and now the right sonarr.service starts, however it fails. It says “Failed to start Sonarr Daemon”
