Does not apply scoring on fresh releases during automatic rss sync after dir import

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.16.2944
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 11
Debug logs:
Description of issue: I had to reinstall sonarr after I made some issues setting up a second instance on the same machine for different content. Wanted to have separat filter that would not mix up the different kind of content search.
So after uninstalled all instances and installed and configurated one instance again I was left with importing the already downloaded stuff.
Since I was a bit lazy I did not want to add everything manually so I thought lets go with directory import.
In the beginning it looked good but the problems started soon.
For whatever reason after the directory import during the automatic rss sync he ignored my filters for releases that were released after the directory import.
So sonarr started to replace my already good stuff with new released stuff that did not fit into the scoring. For example he started to replace my dual langauge releases with english only releases. English only had a negative score because I do prefer local localization. This only happens during rss sync and only for releases that he finds that are newer. If I navigate into a series and start to manual sync stuff he applies the filter correctly and does not pick up the wrong stuff.
I am heavily confused and not sure hw to fix my issue. Because right now I can not let the app run without my supervision because I can not trust it to pick up random stuff during the automatic rss sync.

Anyone has an idea?
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards

If you just imported a bunch of files then you’ve lots a ton of metadata about those files, Sonarr no longer knows the original source, release name, etc, it’s only going to be able to apply Custom Formats based on the file name, which sounds like it doesn’t have enough information to adequately do that.

If you have an older DB backup you could restore that, otherwise you need to manually fix things or just let Sonarr do what it’s going to do.

Thanks for the info. I thought sonarr was utilizing ffmpeg during the directory import to get the information needed like coded, audio channels, hdr, dovi etc.
Maybe I just should just download the sourcode and let it run in debug to and see if I can find a solution that works for me.
