Different CF Score when Grabbing and Importing

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.9.2244
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 11 Home
Debug logs: Ask
Description of issue: Can’t upgrade to file with higher CF score (automatically) because CF score is different when grabbing (higher) and importing (lower). See Images attached.

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong with Custom Formats or Media Management. For some reason, releases are being grabbed correctly (see Image 1) but are not being imported automatically because the CF score when importing the grabbed file is lower than when grabbed (see Image 2).
I know the main issue for this is my “DUAL-AUDIO” CF, but I’m not sure what’s causing the problem. The DUAL-AUDIO CF is missing when I try to manually import (see Image 2). What’s weird is this is only happening when importing and if I manually import, the CF score working properly (see Image 3).

I’m pretty sure my CF is applied correctly and I’ve attached the relevant images below.

See Image 7 for the episode I’m trying to update.

See images below for Media Management settings.

Please let me know if any other details are needed.

Forgot to add this. Profile used for that series shown below in Image 11. I had manually downloaded and imported one with a lower score (below minimum) previously which is why the previous CF score was below 50000.

Your indexer releases it with a name containing a lot more information than the actual torrent name (and file name) contain, which causes it not to match at import time.

Sonarr doesn’t use media information for CF scoring that it does for languages at this time, but something that will likely be supported in the future.

In the meantime you’d be better of using different information in the release name for Custom Formats to avoid this issue.
