Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.16.2944
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): N/A
OS: Windows 11

Description of issue:
I’m adding a TV series to Sonarr. Sonarr searches for the torrent and adds it to Qbittorrent, then creates hardlinks to the media folder. All good - I have a seeded torrent and correctly named files for the media player.
But when I run out of space on my HDD, I need to delete some files. I delete the TV series card (with files) in Sonarr - the files are deleted from the media folder, but the Qbittorrent seed isn’t deleted. So I have to do double work - delete from Sonarr, then delete from Qbittorrent. Is it possible to simplify this process into a single step?
