Delete button in “Settings > Tags” what does it do or should it do ?

i thought it might remove the tag
It has the same color as the delete button in v2 when for example a profile is still linked to a series. It’s the “greyed out” red. So that implies the tag you’re editing is still being used somewhere? Maybe?
Correct. It can only be removed if it’s not in use.

The Delete button has exactly the same “greyed out” red color no matter if the tag is in use or not. I assume in use means it has been used on any shows. And it is not completely disabled, it has the same hover effect. I did not test pressing it, as I do not want to mess with my tags.
I was about to suggest disabling the button completely and having a information popup, but I noticed that the new UI has no info popups at all…

No it’s not, this is one that isn’t in use:
The hover effect is muted, but yes, it’s still there.
No, it’s mostly complete, there are still tooltips on several things, but most use the browser’s built-in tooltips instead of custom ones.
So the tag is in use even if it is not used on any shows.
