Description of issue:
not sure if this is a bug or a feature request
when adding/editing a custom filter that filters on tags theres no way (that i could work out) to select all the untagged series. closest i could get was to select “does not contain” and then pick every tag you have, which is fine until you add/change tags later on then you need to update the filter.
eg, i expected the following behaviour;
contains with no tags entered displays the series that dont have any tag
does not contain with no tags entered displays the series with any tag
currently both options without any tags entered will filter everything out and nothing gets displayed
