CPU Usage Spikes to 100%

So I just recently downloaded nzbdrone and I’m loving how simple the interface is and everything seems really intuitive. The features and the good things I read prompted my switch from Sick Beard but I am having an issue. For some reason my computer’s CPU keeps spiking to 100% and it goes in cycles. Roughly every 30 seconds CPU usage is around 20-30% then for around 30 seconds it spikes to 100%.

Any suggestions?

2.8 GHz Sempron processor, 8 gigs of RAM, Windows 7, and I’m running nzbdrone as a service, but the issue persists if I run it as an .exe.

Haven’t seen this behavior myself, trace logs during a spike should help diagnose what its doing during a spike.

I saw a spike to about 35% on my system during an RSS sync, they run every 15 minutes by default and can last upwards of a few seconds to a minute or so depending on the number of indexers active.
