Covers not being downloaded for one series only

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.6.1342
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Debug logs: on
Description of issue:

The series covers are not loading for one particular series (My Father’ Murderers [tvdb:319183])

I have tried deleting the series and readding it and even downloaded, formatted and added the files manually in the MediaCover folder, but it just won’t load them.

When readding the show, the log shows:

The debug log shows absolutely nothing.

Is there something amiss with this show by any chance?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First off, info logs aren’t debug logs, in this case debug logs won’t show us anything more, but in most cases they will.

The issue is TheTVDB’s API is not returning posters in this case.

Thanks for your help.

The reason I didn’t include any debug logging is that there was absolutely no mention of the series or folder in the debug log, apologies for any confusion.

Is there a way that I can manually add them?
