Couldn't import episode...already exists

Sonarr version (2.0.0.5338):
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs:
Description of issue:

I am trying to import a few missing episodes of Jeopardy! and get the error that it fails because the file already exists. I check the folder and it does in fact exist. Why does Sonar still show as missing?

Is it linked to a different episode?
What do the debug logs of a scan of that series show?
