Couldn't get Total Space/Free Space

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.1 (Stable 4.2.1.102/6dd2d0d Thu Nov 12 09:52:44 UTC 2015)
OS: Linux Mint 17.3
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://pastebin.com/akFw9ms2
Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):

Hi, thanks for reading. I am getting the pasted errors every 5 minutes. Location referenced doesn’t exist, but I can’t find where in Sonarr it is trying to look for it? I have checked through all settings and all the TV Shows and none of them point here.

Path should be /MyBook/ which is the default for most of the TV Shows.

I have disabled free space check, and everything seems to operate normally, but I can’t use the NZB Factory folder or manually import (I have tried changing the location of this folder, deleting/recreating). Worked previously and I can’t pin down any obvious changes (none to Sonarr).

Any help appreciated.

Cheers,

G.

Check the root folders via Add Series: Add Existing, thats one thing Sonarr will use when checking free space.

Thanks for your response. I removed the paths that were listed under Add Existing. The path /My\040Book wasn’t listed there but the paths that were there didn’t seem to be reporting the disk space correctly. I restarted and I’m still getting the same error. Is there anywhere else you know of to check?

Cheers,

G.

It comes from a few places:

  • a series with that root path
  • drone factory path
  • fixed disks reported by the OS

Check if a series has it set (Series editor is probably the easiest) as well as Download Client settings (for Drone Factory), if its coming from the OS that will need to be fixed outside of Sonarr.

Error still occurring and I couldn’t find the drives referenced anywhere else in the OS. Thanks anyway for your suggestions.

I came across this same error today. Didnt seem to effect anything negatively but i was able to fix it. I received:

Couldn’t get total space for /media/notye/Media\0401: No such file or directory

all of my drives are media1, media2, media3 since i just moved to ubuntu. i have my old windows ntfs drives attached via usb and those are Media 1 and Media 2. after unmounting them the error went away. maybe you have another drive labeled My Book instead of MyBook?

just wanted to add my 2cents incase anyone else had the same issue as me.
