Couldn't add report to download queue - Consistent error

Hello!

New user here, please forgive my general noobish-ness. I’ve been trying to make this work, but I get this error consistently. I also see there are a couple of other topics that superficially looks like my problem, but the error message isn’t quite the same.

So this is how it goes:

  1. Added a couple of indexers (torrents only) (Kickass Torrents, torrentleech and rarbg)
  2. Added deluge as the download client
  3. Added som tv shows that I wish to monitor and download.
  4. When I do automatic search for an episode I get this:

Couldn’t add report to download queue. The Man In the High Castle S01E01 The New World (1080p Web x265 HEVC 10bit AAC 2ch Joy)[UTR]: Begäran avbröts: Åtgärdens tidsgräns har överskridits. (This is Swedish for: “The actions’ timelimit has been exceeded”, or something like that. It seems like I get a standard language message).

Here’s the whole log: http://pastebin.com/t5nLr5pD

I’ve followed the guide here: http://www.cuttingcords.com/home/ultimate-server/using-sonarr
So maybe I did something wrong here.

I also tried disabling my windows firewall and re-did the search, I still got the same error.

Thank you for your patience and have a merry Christmas!

Deluge isn’t responding to Sonarr’s request within 30 seconds so it times out.

Try restarting Deluge as its pretty common that the web API times out connecting to the Daemon and Sonarr can’t connect.

Thank you for answering!

Restarting deluge doesn’t seem to do anything. I still get the same message and it comes instantly, not after 30 seconds. Could it be something in the deluge daemon service I haven’t configured correctly?

Wrong Host or Port set in Sonarr could do the same, did you set it to use the web port?

The port I use is the one for the web ui for deluge. However, deluge doesn’t seem to work as intended as a daemon (Service). I think I will try and re-install deluge and read the guide again on how to configure it.

Funny thing is, I did something that made it work, because suddenly, deluge started to download A LOT of versions of the same episode. However, I then did something and couldn’t reproduce it.

This issue is now solved. It was the deluge daemon that kept crashing. I solved it by not running deluge as a daemon.
