Could not import episode when trying to replace current episode

I am having a problem lately with replacing episodes that are already downloaded. I have noticed this with repacks and now with DVD versions that I have setup to over write 720s that were already downloaded.

DownloadedEpisodesImportService	Non-sample file detected: [J:\Downloads\complete\Game.of.Thrones.S04.BDRip.x264-DEMAND\Game.of.Thrones.S04E01.BDRip.x264-DEMAND.mkv]	7:13am

ImportApprovedEpisodes Couldn’t import episode J:\Downloads\complete\Game.of.Thrones.S04.BDRip.x264-DEMAND\Game.of.Thrones.S04E06.BDRip.x264-DEMAND.mkv: Could not find a part of the path. 7:13am
ImportApprovedEpisodes Couldn’t import episode J:\Downloads\complete\Game.of.Thrones.S04.BDRip.x264-DEMAND\Game.of.Thrones.S04E07.BDRip.x264-DEMAND.mkv: Could not find a part of the path.

I have not made any adjustments to my setting except changing the dronefactory drive (I thought i had a HDD going bad) and that is when i first noticed this earlier this week. I have since changed everything back to the way it was, and I am still getting this error.

Regular downloads (files that are new and not being replaced) have no issues renaming and moving to where they need to be.

Sorry for the delay, if this issue is still occurring, please pastebin some debug logs, this snippet from the logs table doesn’t have enough information for us to investigate.
