Copy/Move speed after file downloads is slow

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5301
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.18.0.240
OS: Unraid
Description of issue: Copy/Move speed after file downloads is slow
System Setup:
Supermicro with X8DTI-F Motherboard
SAS825TQ Backplane
9211-8i Controller
2x Xeon X5675 3.06ghz Processors
32GB DDR3 Ram
(3) 10TB Exos X10 - ST10000NM0086 Array drives
(2) 860 EVO SSDs cache drives
(2) 860 EVO SSDs in Unassigned Devices that I use for downloads before they move to the array.

I’m using NZBget as the download client and the downloaded .rar files goes to an SSD1 and then NZBget extracts then to a 2nd SSD2 then sonarr moves them to the array.

I’m getting slow speeds when the file copies to the array 35-45MB/s. I have Tunable (md_write_method): reconstruct write on in unraid and get speed around 200MB/s if i manually copy or move file to the array from SSD2. is 35-45MB/s the normal speed that sonarr/radarr copies the file?
