Description of issue: So I’m trying to add Deluge from another server. Ports are not blocked, access is open, but getting an error like “Unable to connect”, that all what i see trough sonarr(debug you can see above). All data are correct.
Maybe someone has faced this issue?
You may want to recheck the port. Doing an openport check for the ip/port combo should point you in the direction of progress 
Since your logfile has the IP & Port it is easy to go to any online open port checker and see that it is closed…
Don’t worry, i was re-checking it many times, all is fine, nothing is blocked.
P.S When im trying to add Deluge locally(localhost) then all is fine.
I’m not worried…
