Description of issue:
Can not add conCen indexer unless I also add category 8000 (other) for anime as well, doesnt seem to make sense. When I add to both and do a manual search for tucker carlson jackett logs show my private indexers searching but not conCen, a search directly on conCen return results as expected. adding log text as i cant upload txt doc

Also, using the link to the feed in the debug log with jackett API key it returns the correct data

There’s no issue at all here.

The default placeholder categories when adding an indexer are just that - placeholder.

This indexer does not support any category other than other.

Jackett addition is no issue, its adding the indexer to sonarr, wont let me add witout also adding other in anime, most likely not an issue but very odd, then when i search for a series (tucker) jackett log shown it searched my other indexers but not concen.

modes:
search: [q]

the indexer does not support tv searches and thus would not be used

Ahh so there is no way to tell it to use other as TV correct

jackett would need to update the definition if concen supports tv searches

wish there was a way to add mapping setting to eith of these then, if they return the correct info but only hassle is the category name.

There’s nothing to do nor would it make sense on Sonarr’s end.

Per Jackett’s defintion it does not support ANY tv or movie search or anything other than basic queries and also does not have any cats other than other - which isn’t a big deal.

The issue has nothing to do with sonarr
