Completed Items 100% but not moving

I’m seeing issues where Sonarr activity will indicate that a show is invalid for some downloads

For example, Lip Sync Battle:

Opening the Series in Sonarr shows:

Episode 7 is missing. Now Sonarr sent a reqeust to SAB, and SAB downloaded the file. Sonarr shows 100% on the listing in the series for Episode 7.

The logs show:

16-2-23 11:06:35.9|Info|DownloadService|Report sent to SABNZBD. Lip.Sync.Battle.S02E07.720p.WEBRip.h264-spamTV

When I look in Activity and hover over the item it says:

Beyond that, I cannot find any further listings for this result to see why else it may not be completing the file. There’s nothing further in the log about this download.

The file is where it should be:

Now, I see this problem with many episodes in my Activity when downloading a backlog episode. It cannot be a permission issue, as the same destination is used for all TV downloads and the folders are, in fact, there, with the files within them.

I downloaded a lot of stuff today and see a lot that are sitting at 100% with the same ‘error’:

I can watch SAB as many other episodes pop into SAB and then clear as it processes those. So what’s special about these that it chooses to ‘error’ out as not valid episodes?

First thing, you should disable TV sorting is SAB, it will conflict with Sonarr’s importing.

We’ll need to see trace logs (hastebin them) to see more information on why these are being rejected with that error.

Okay I’ve disabled the sorting in SAB. Hopefully that alone would take care of it. I’m going to monitor and then check it out later today.

I had actually thought of that just after I posted the message, but I figured that Sonarr would still parse the episode/name as a match, but I guess it expects a perfect 1:1 on the filename.(?)

Sonarr should be able to parse it (I checked that it could via a test), why it didn’t is tough to guess, but trace logs would definitely be a help.
