Completed download handling has stopped working

Description of issue:
Suddenly a few days ago the handling of completed downloads between SABNZBD and SONARR just stopped working.
No changes had been made that to my system or any applications.

Sonarr is unable to connect to SAB, either due to the host/port being wrong or a firewall typically.
