i added the progoram “COBRA (2020)” to the list a few days ago when it existed on TheTVDB but with no covertart etc.
all the art has since been added, but when i click on the “refresh series info” button it isn’t pulling down the coverart (the background is showing though).
what do i need to do to get sonarr to get the coverart?
TVDB’s API isn’t returning a poster, until it does and Skyhook then Sonarr update it will be missing.
is it usual for it to not return a poster but return everything else?
Yes, recently (since late last year) it’s been an ongoing problem.
