Change the RSS Sync Interval

I clicked on Settings > Indexers and changed the RSS Sync Interval from 15 to 20. When I looked at my indexer I noticed that NZBDrone was still syncing every 15 minutes. I shut down the program and restarted it but it’s still syncing every 15 minutes. Should we be able to change the Sync Interval?
