When adding an existing series, or when adding a new series, Sonarr does see my WD MyCloud EX4. I sees my C:, D: and USB backup drive. The NAS is mapped as S:, T:, U: & V:, I am sure this is something easy, but I am missing it.
Have you read the FAQ?
Yes, I have. BYW I am on windows 10 home. I have tried to use the UNC as my path, no joy. I looked at the services info, but that info does not seem to work for windows 10. I am in no way an IT guy, so I am a little lost. Can you point me to some info that I may be able to understand? I figued out how to run the NZBGet, Sonarr, Couch Potato group and get it to pretty much work correctly, by this not, a valid path, problem is just maybe more than I know. I am not sure what directioin to attack the problem. Is it my network needs to be set up different? Is it a permission problem? Is it a server setting or a windows setting? Ideas?
Its a problem with how you’re running Sonarr, you need to not use the service, easiest fix is to shutdown Sonarr from the WebUI, in Windows Explorer got to C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone
run Service Uninstall
(exact spelling may be different), start Sonarr by running NzbDrone.exe (make a short cut in the start up folder if you want Sonarr to start when you log into Windows).
OK, so I did figure out how to not use a mapped drive and set my 4 network drives as network locations. I installed Sonarr in the start up folder. No love. I will try what you suggest and make sure that I have set the correct .exe in the start menu and let you know, Thank!!
You are a God!!! I bow humbly at you feet. Thank you!!
