Description of issue: Error during restore of previous backup from a QNAP QuTS Hero h5.0.1 using Sonarr as a Docker Container to my Synology as a Docker Container too
I don’t think the backups are able to bridge different operating systems. The paths are different. Even with docker the paths that are mapped are different in QTS versus DSM
Sonarr doesn’t support Windows to Linux/macOS or vice versa, but that would fail at start, not during the restore process.
Not able to see the the logs now, but you could also try restoring manually.
