Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.4.0 OS: WhatBox seedbox (so Linux) Description of issue:
Hello, I have a seedbox slot (WhatBox) which has Sonarr on it so it runs on the server, not locally on my computer. However, I can’t get it to connect with my Plex Media Server like my Sonarr did when it was local on my computer. I literally copy and pasted it from my local Sonarr. I assume that because Sonarr is not running locally anymore, the private IP my local Plex has will not work with it. Is there a way to get it to detect my local PMS? Thank you in advance.
P.S. I also tried the public IP address of where the PMS is hosted, but that didn’t work either (on both the local and server Sonarr).
I went to Log < Files and this is what popped up for the time that I attempted to access my Plex
This is what popped up:

Please disregard, the issue has been solved. It turns out that my ESET antivirus was causing the issue. Even though the remote server was enabled, ESET was causing some type of issue. I noticed this just now because I couldn’t access my PMS away form home. Thank you for your time.
