Can't find show on indexer due to wrong name

Sonarr (thetvdb) names a show called “Survivor (ZA)”. However no torrent indexer calls the show this. They all call it “Survivor South Africa”, so Sonarr will not pick up episodes.

I do not see any option in Sonarr to change the string that it uses to search for the show.
I think this should be a feature, but what options do I have currently to fix this?
