Can't add a series that I have added previously

I can’t add a series to Sonarr that I have added previously and then removed:

I am working on ripping a series from DVD. While ripping the first season I found that one of the episodes on my disc would not rip. I added the series to Sonarr and downloaded that episode. Then I removed the series from Sonarr. I am now ripping the fourth season and have the same issue. However, when I try to readd the series to Sonarr, it just won’t add. I’ve restarted the software and my Mac, but beyond that I’m not sure what to do. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
