Can't add a new series?

Hi,

I haven’t had any issues with Sonarr since I started using it and I’ve been very happy with it. I haven’t had a problem getting new episodes as of yesterday, but I saw some shows I wanted to add today and I can’t add anything, no matter what I search. I just don’t get any results. Am I the only one and if so, anybody know a fix?

Same here. I am unable to search for any shows. Always returns “Sorry. We Couldn’t Find Any Series…”

I think it’s a general issue, probably something is wrong with sonarr’s service to fetch data from thetvdb.
@markus101 or @Taloth might know what’s up.

Tvdb site is down, so that seems to be causing the problems.

Searching is proxied through Skyhook (our proxy) and to TheTVDB, if they don’t return results Skyhook doesn’t return any series. We’ve wanted to enable searching on our own side, but it hasn’t been something we’ve focused on.

Yes it was Th TV database causing problems all good now

TheTVDB is up now but I can’t add a new TV series.

I can’t add The Frankenstein Chronicles to Sonarr. Any ideas?

You will need to add it by its TVDB ID. TheTVDB isn’t returning it as a search result.
