Cannot set root folder

I had my power supply go out yesterday causing the installed OS to have to be reinstalled. I just got Sonarr reinstalled and in the process of setting it up, but I cannot set a root folder even though I have full permission for the drive and it’s subfolders. I am at a complete loss as to what might be causing the issue. Help fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

3 days later and no help with this. I got it fixed though. Not sure why Sonarr didn’t like the one choice, but when I got my normal drive for dumping all my files into and pointed Sonarr to it Sonarr had no issue with it. Same permissions, same file system, just different drives and folder names.
