It looks like I have everything running fine in Sonarr (first timer) but I cannot figure out the localhost and port. I am using a VPN with qBit. What do I put in these fields? The I.P. address is fake

You need the webgui port for your client and the host is wherever the client is relative to Sonarr
Not sure how this is confusing but I guess you didn’t look at the docs at all either

Your second sentence, yes, I did. I wouldn’t have got this far if I didn’t.
I’ve provided screen shots so if someone can point me to what I’m missing, I’d appreciate it.

The settings literally say webui and webui port
Localhost should work if everything is on the same device. You cannot use Qbit or any download client if your VPN does not support split tunneling.
