Hello All! So I am currently running Centos 7 on my dedicated server (remote). I have walked through the whole installation process as guided on the github page. I am unable to get to localhost:8989 or through my ipaddress:8989 to get into the sonarr UI after starting the services. I do not get any kind of error message so I am confused on what is causing this. I don’t know if having a dedicated server is causing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, thanks for the comment. So I should have added that I am a complete newbie to this kind of thing, so forgive me for my lack of knowledge here. I don’t know which version of sonarr and mono I am running. I tried figuring that out but couldn’t decipher it. I am assuming I have the latest version of them since I followed the official github installation instructions (https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Installation-CentOS-7). Also, I tried looking for the log files but could not find the location. On that wiki page it does not say where the Centos log files are saved. Do you know where they are saved to? Thanks for your help again!
If you start Sonarr via the console instead of as a service it will log any errors to the screen and at some point should log where the App data directory is (where logs and configuration data is stored), but typically they are stored in ~/.config/NzbDrone
where ~
is the home directory for the user running Sonarr.
