Hello, i just recently re-setup sonarr from scratch and have been slowly importing my library again and what ive noticed is that whenever sonarr trips up on importing something its always because out of nowhere it decides for some reason that while “Angel Beats! - 02 BD 1080p” is clearly episode 2 “[Angel Beats! - 03 BD 1080p” must be season 0 episode 3! it makes perfect sense!! and then it shifts the ENTIRE season down an ep so 04 is imported as 03 and so on.
i have a fairly large library so this results in a LOT of time spent manually importing to fix this. However i have never once, nor do i plan to ever save “specials” or “season 0” content. is there some way i can disable them entirely so sonarr will stop trying to find them causing these import issues? I am aware that it would be better if the source files were named S01E01 to avoid this but i dont always have easy control over those thats kinda the point of sonarr is to import them and give them proper clean naming of S{season:00}-E{episode:00}-{Episode CleanTitle} to my library.
i am hoping there is some combo of filters or custom release or some setting i can toggle to fix this behavior to my desired result. I have tried manually overriding when downloading (the interactive download then the override and download option) and telling sonarr exactly what episodes will be in the download, but it seems this feature is pointless? as sonarr ignores that and maps to those specials that i never told it would be in the downloads. would be nice if that override was actually respected but oh well.
