Blacklisted release gets added to queue every RSS scan

I have blacklisted this release because it the wrong series. This is Shadowhunters. However the release keeps getting added to the queue (its a torrent) its also on delay if that makes any diff.

Whats the version number of Sonarr?
Are you able to edit profiles? (Mainly that they show up and the edit UI will open)
Is there an existing file for that episode?

Where the error is happening is a bit odd, appears to be something with the existing file check, but not clear how it hits that error exactly.

Latest stable version
Windows 10

When I first notice it was the wrong episode. I deleted it and removed it from the queue. After that I notice that the episodes was added to the queue again after the RSS scan 20 minutes later.

So I blacklisted the episode by marking the download as failed (only option available)
Then 20 minutes later the damn episode was added again! =)

and yes, i can edit profiles and what not.

Version number, we always want the version number.

Was it coming from the same indexer? Blacklisting is pretty specific to match the same release and takes the posting time as well as other information about the release to blacklist it. Also torrent or NZB?

Take a breath and read what I’ve wrote.
I said it was a torrent. I said the latest version. (2.0.0.3732)

Same Indexer, same release (torrent) You can also see that sonarr says its blacklisted but adds it anyways…

And I wanted the version number, lots of people claim their on latest and aren’t, wanted to make sure the code where it failed was the same.

This looks like an issue with the episode thinking there is an episode file associated with it, but the episode file was gone from the database. Its a fairly rare occurrence, but there is a cleanup that happens to fix that when it does, but it only runs periodically (housekeeping task). If you experience this again, please let us know, I’ll have to see what we can do about making that a bit more resilient when some wrong data is in the DB.
