Backup and Restore help

Hi

I have been running Sonarr for years problem free and today I screwed up.

I am in a raspberry pi 4 with debian

I was trying t restore a backup I made to another machine bit accidently installed it he working machine now it won’t load p or anything I have uninstalled and reinstalled wit no look. When I got to back up and restore you have 3 sections restore/restart/reload it does the restore bit ok then just a spinning circle for the other 2.

Anybody any ideas how I can fix this?

An help wold greatly be appreciated
