.AVI, .MP4 files not importing?

I recently noticed Sonaar stopped importing .MP4 and .AVI files automatically. They just sit queue with the error “No files found are eligible for import” eventho they are named properly, and extracted.

I can try to manually import them, but it doesn’t even see them. I’ve also tried moving them to my drove folder, but same thing.

Was this always the case or am I missing something?

Sounds like permissions are preventing Sonarr from seeing them. If you include the information requested when opening a new Help & Support thread we can take a look.

Sonarr version (exact version):

Description of issue:

Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.4352 develop running as a service on a headless Windows 10 Ultimate machine.

Okay, so I think I may have figured it out.

So, I have deluge running on a VM box (AKA seedbox) that’s pushes the completed files to a SYMLINKED folder aka C:\Media\Plexdownloads\TV (which is symliked to a a folder on the machine running Sonarr. (I have to do this because the label function won’t autosort completed downloads where the target folder is network or mapped drive.

So, I’m getting this error: " Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: C:\Media\Plexdownloads\TV\Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 + Extras DVDRip TS"
Which is the path of the VM running deluge, but obviously that path doesn’t exist on the machine runninng Sonarrr. Right?

So does that mean that the completed folder in Deluge has to be the same folder in Sonarr?

Just setup a Remote Path Mapping in Sonarr to remap the remote path Deluge reports to the proper local one.

your’e a genious,

However, one question:

for the “local path” is that the end Completed folder (the one PLEX uses), or the intermidiate download folder it normally looks to for imports?

Nevermind. Answer: Intermidiate.

Thanks.

You’re the man.
