Auto retry kills CouchPotato performance

Hello
Noob poster here,recently converted from Sickbeard.
As i can imagine most users here are also quite fond of CouchPotato. Now in order for Sonarr to be able to retry, we need to turn “Check before download” off in SABnzbd. This is causing SABnzbd to download alot of failures from CouchPotato.

Any one have a better idea how to handle this? As I very rarely have series that fails, but far more regularly have movies that fail, suits me better to have SABnzbd to check.

Pretty sure the SABnzbd team doesn’t even recommend using “Check before download”.

Why don’t you use: “Abort jobs that cannot be completed”?

I do, but check before download was far more accurate. Passworded files ect.
