Hi there,
I’d love to see a filter for Sonarr which allows the user to quickly discover all series where all monitored episodes are present on disk. The feature should also exclude episodes which have a date in the future, or who’s date is “to be decided”.
This would make archiving content which has been downloaded easier.

You can already do this.
An episode is not considered missing if it hasn’t aired (or there isn’t an air date).

For future reference, where can I read more about what episode progress actually means? I checked the filters section on servarr, but the detail on each filter has not been fleshed out yet https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/library
I’m not sure it’s written down anywhere, but it’s the same as the “progress” bar shown for episode count, it’s a percentage between 0 and 100.
This one catches series that have at least one episode file, but less than 100% of them:
