Anime Release not searching Japanese name

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5249
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.8.1
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

1- Show is set as Anime
2- Indexers have anime categories set and work with many other shows
3- when searching manually the show shows
4- Quality set to any

A lot of other anime I have on Sonarr will search the Japaneses name (from what I can see in debug logs), but this one only searches the English… But when I check on sonarr, it has the alias name listed, so Im not sure why its searching only with the English name

The logs show it’s set to Standard, not Anime.

It shows the absolute episode number when it’s set to anime.

The logs also show it searching with the Japanese name.
