i adjusted the max size for my downloads to well over 3gb and im still getting a size error…
@Clayboy - I split this because its a different issue, I only previously linked that thread to show you where you could find this information.
Is this the only episode that you’ve seen this error?
If you do a search and then check the log file (System -> Logs -> File) it should log something similar to:
Item: NZB_TITLE, Size: SIZE_HERE is greater than maximum allowed size (MAX_SIZE), rejecting.
Knowing that should tell me whether its failing to parse the size properly or something else.
To resolve it right now you can either set the size to unlimited (drag it to the left and then save) or if its just this episode, forcible download it from Search History.
okay markus thank for you assistance… ill try see what happens and ill also post the log for issue… and no it happen with one piece also but going to test the unlimited size first and check to logs then proceed from there
