The connection timed out by the looks of it. Could be blocked on their side or your ISP.

Finally resolved!

I made a mistake above. I was browsing to the AltHub URL from my local machine instead of my remote processing system. The only system on my network that couldn’t get to any AltHub URL was that processing system. Oddly enough, that was the only URL that it couldn’t get to (that I know of).

It wasn’t an ISP issue.
It wasn’t a firewall issue.
It wasn’t an antivirus issue.
It wasn’t a proxy issue.
I performed a network stack reset, to no avail.

The only way I was able to get everything running was to remove the virtual NIC and install a new one. After that, everything came up fine and I am able to browse AltHub again!
